For this reason, authorities worldwide are working with cryptocurrencies brokers to collect everyone’s identity during any bitcoin transaction of buying/selling in their platforms.

This action will - in theory - allow authorities to associate bitcoin wallets to private individuals and organisations. However, as I said earlier, anyone can have as many wallets they want making impossible to control or even see bitcoin wallets.
